ASIF AHMED
CO FOUNDER & CEO
Asif is the Founder and MD of Acclivity Advisors, an accountancy and advisory practice to a portfolio of high growth entrepreneurs and start-ups. Having spent over 10 years within the ecosystem, it became clear that access to good quality technical content and information was becoming increasingly difficult to come by, leaving entrepreneurs with more confused than clear when making critical business decisions.
It is now Asif’s aim to fix this; having authored ‘The Finance Playbook for Entrepreneurs; Build a Solid Finance Department for your High Growth Start-up without the Trial and Error’, he has co-founded The Finance Department platform to help entrepreneurs improve their financial literacy and capability.
Asif also holds various advisory and board positions within the UK Government.

There’s no pretending that launching a new, industry-challenging model is easy or straightforward, but The Finance Department’s co-founder and its new COO are well prepared and ready for whatever lies ahead.
Luke brings bold and inventive thinking plus over a decade of industry experience to his new role. He spent most of his career working in financial services from small accounting firms to global investment banks, very much focussed on change and transformation.
Driven by his desire to find better ways of working that were both innovative and fair, the idea for a cutting-edge platform that would change the way people access finance knowledge forever, was born.
